The preparation of the remedy is very simple: mix a tablespoon of Nivea cream and one of coconut oil until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Using these quantities, you get a cream that can be used only once on the face, elbows and heels.
If desired, larger quantities can be prepared and stored in an airtight container.
