Regarding the tip (tomato + sugar):
Tomatoes may contain antioxidants, but their effect on wrinkles is limited.
Sugar acts as a mechanical scrub and can irritate the skin, especially if it is sensitive or acne-prone.
I do not recommend this mixture as a regular skincare treatment.
For healthy skin at 20, a simple routine is often sufficient:
Morning
Gentle cleanser.
Moisturizer suited to your skin type.
SPF 30 to 50 sunscreen daily (the most important for preventing skin aging).
Evening
Gentle cleanser.
Moisturizer.
Optional: a niacinamide serum if you have visible pores, redness, or blemishes.
Depending on your skin type:
Oily/acne-prone skin: niacinamide or salicylic acid.
Dry skin:

Dry skin: rich cream with ceramides and hyaluronic acid.
Sensitive skin: fragrance-free products with few irritating ingredients.
Habits that really make a difference:
Get enough sleep.
Don’t smoke.
Limit excessive sun exposure.
Eat a balanced diet and drink plenty of water.
If you tell me if your skin is oily, dry, combination, or sensitive, I can suggest a more personalized routine.
