Women, mix this

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of white toothpaste (not gel)

1 teaspoon of baking soda

A few drops of water or coconut oil (optional, to soften)
Preparation:
In a small bowl, mix the toothpaste with the baking soda. If your skin is sensitive, add a few drops of water or coconut oil until you form a creamy, easily spreadable paste.

How to use and important instructions:

ply the mixture to clean skin on your hands and arms. Gently massage in circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes, without pressing too hard. Leave it on for just 2 more minutes and rinse with plenty of warm water. Dry your skin and immediately apply a moisturizer or natural oil.

This remedy should be used a maximum of once a week, as baking soda can be abrasive. Avoid applying it to irritated, broken, or very sensitive skin. After treatment, it is essential to use sunscreen if you will be exposed to the sun, as your skin will be more vulnerable.

As with all natural care, consistency, gentleness, and daily hydration are the real key to hands and arms that look young, cared for, and full of life.
